Liability procedure for product use. As stated in our Terms of Service, Busy Bee Cleaning Company will, when instructed by a client, evaluate the cleaner or work request in question and make a decision to approve the request. If product is approved, we will instruct employees to use the product in a safe manner in correspondence with label instructions. Please, carefully review your options as it relates to the specific use of the product of your choice during the cleaning of your home. Busy Bee reserves the right to refrain from using any chemical or product requested by the client.

I understand, by requesting Busy Bee to utilize my product in my home, that: 1) I must purchase and make available to Busy Bee a defect-free bottle/container; and 2.) I acknowledge and I am in agreement with the Busy Bee Liability Procedure that the team or owner(s), agent(s), management, staff nor insurance provider shall NOT be held liable for any harm, damage or claims arising out of use of the product as instructed by the client.
