Liability Release – Equipment

Liability procedure for equipment use. Busy Bee Cleaning Company will, when instructed by a client, evaluate the request to use specified equipment in question and make a decision to approve the request. If equipment is approved, we will instruct employees to use the equipment in a safe manner in correspondence with equipment instructions. Please, carefully review your options as it relates to the specific use of the equipment of your choice during the cleaning of your home. Busy Bee reserves the right to refrain from using any piece of equipment requested by the client.

I understand, by requesting Busy Bee to utilize my equipment in my home, that: 1) The equipment must be defect-free ; and 2.) I acknowledge and I am in agreement with the Busy Bee Liability Procedure that the team or owner(s), agent(s), management, staff nor insurance provider shall be held liable for any harm, damage or claims arising out of use of the equipment as instructed by the client.
